About the Space:
Our 2500 square ft creative space is perfect for celebrations and other private events. The layout is very open and furniture can be moved around to fit your needs. All furniture can be removed from the space prior to your event for an additional fee. We are located on the second floor which can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The space has one private restroom. There are no noise restrictions after regular business hours (evenings and weekends).

The recording studio is not included in event bookings.
If you would like access, there is an additional fee and an engineer or manager will remain on site during your event.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the event date. You may cancel your booking until 30 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. You may cancel your booking between 30 days and 7 days prior to the event to receive a 50% refund. Events cancelled less than 7 days before the booking are not eligible for a refund. Events may be rescheduled once, if given at least 3 days notice.

Rental rate is calculated by the number of guests attending. If you end up having more guests than originally booked, the entire booking will be retroactively adjusted to the corresponding rate. That means that even if you had fewer guests for some or most of the time during the event, if the number of guests attending is more than originally booked, every single hour will be charged at the new rate. If the event exceeds maximum capacity of the space, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the event without refund. Please be transparent and honest about the nature of the event/number of expected guests. If we are unable to accommodate your event, we can refer you to people who can.
Please be conscious that the booking time includes set-up and clean up. Please do not come earlier than your booked time starts or leave later than your booked time ends.
No large parties.
No nightclub or rave type events.
No selling alcohol.
No underage drinking/consumption.

You will be required to provide photo identification and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of your event. For events with more than 10 guests, we require a credit or debit card on file, which will be charged in the case of damages, exceeded number of guests, and/or not leaving the space in its original condition.
