Events:

How do I book an event?
You can fill out a booking form here or text/call 213-944-5810 to book your event. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your time slot. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, cashapp, or you can stop by the studio and pay via cash or card. Each event may be rescheduled once if given a one week notice.

What do I need to bring?
Bring your ID and refundable cleaning deposit. You will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. You may decorate the space as long as you remove all decorations without damaging the walls or any other part of the facility. Glitter, confetti, silly string, and other messy materials are not allowed.

Is the recording studio included?
Access to the recording studio is not included in event bookings. If you would like the recording studio open during your event, there is an additional $50/hr charge, which includes one of our engineers.


What is the hourly rate?
Events are priced based on the number of people attending the event. Rates start at $50/hr.

What is the capacity?
The capacity is 60 people because we only have one bathroom on site.

How loud can we get?
There are no noise restrictions after 6PM on weekdays and all day/night on weekends.

Are there age restrictions?
All ages are allowed. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The person booking must be 18+. If alcohol is being served, the person booking must be 21+.

Can I smoke inside the space?
Legal cannabis consumption is permitted inside the studio. Tobacco smoking must be done outside. Hookah is not allowed.

Is there parking?
There is street parking, which is free everyday after 6PM and all day on Sunday, and there are two public parking lots within one block. Please note that the parking lot directly across the street  from the studio closes around 9PM.

Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed on the premises.

What do I need to bring to my session?
For your first session, an ID is required and you will sign a liability waiver upon arrival. If you already have an instrumental/beat, you can share the file(s) with the engineer through email, AirDrop, a USB drive, or we can download from YouTube.

What equipment is at the studio?

What is the hourly rate?
The rate with an engineer is $75/hr and the rate without an engineer is $50/hr. Check out our specials here. There is a 2 hour booking minimum. Mixing/mastering rates vary per project. Our engineers offer free consultations to discuss post-production.

How many people can I bring with me?
The capacity for sessions is 10 people. If you are expecting more than 10 guests, event rates will apply. There is an unauthorized party fee of $5,000. Please be honest and transparent about how you will be using the space when booking.
